The fund will help perpetuate the agency’s continuing work to provide access to prescription medications and education to those in need.

Prescription Assistance Network of Stark County (PAN) has established a fund at the Stark Community Foundation in their name and that of Nancy H. McPeek, a former board member, board president, volunteer and supporter of the organization.

The Prescription Assistance Network/In Honor of Nancy H. McPeek Endowment Fund will help perpetuate the agency’s continuing work to provide access to prescription medications and education to those in need.

The Prescription Assistance Network was established in 2002 through initiative grants from the Austin Bailey Health and Wellness Foundation, the Sisters of Charity Foundation of Canton and the Health Foundation of Greater Massillon. It is one of only three charitable pharmacies in Ohio. Since opening, the PAN Charitable Pharmacy has filled more than 85,000 prescriptions that have a value of more than $7 million.
