If you receive Medicare, you are eligible for Medicare Part D. You can be on Part A only or Part A and B. It does not matter what your income is or how many assets you may have.

Beacon Charitable Pharmacy and Medicare Part D
If an individual has Medicare D and enters the gap in coverage, aka “doughnut hole”, and is of low to moderate income, then the individual will be eligible for Beacon services. Please call with questions or for an appointment at 330-445-1087.
